Mrs Madhumita Bal

Director

With over 18 years of experience, Madhumita brings expertise in Management Reporting, Financial Controlling, Product Costing, and Budgeting. A Chartered Accountant by profession, she also possesses an in-depth understanding of various business processes, including production, LSC to sales and distribution, in addition to core accounting functions.

Her experience in the IT department as ERP support has enabled her to acquire additional skills in functional design, testing, and project management. She has held key positions at several renowned Indian and international organizations, including Godrej, Dimension Data, Bayer/Lanxess, and Thermo Fisher.

Mr. Shrikar Sule

Director

Mr. Shrikar Sule spearheads company strategy, marketing, and overall management at TCPL, ensuring the realization of its vision, mission, and long-term goals. With over 36 years of invaluable industry experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization.

Having held various leadership positions at the multinational EPC company Aker Solutions, India—including Head of Operations, Head of Q&CI, and Head of Engineering and Projects—he possesses a deep understanding of operations management. This extensive experience has honed his ability to navigate complex challenges, optimize processes, and drive successful project outcomes.

Mr. Sule holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the esteemed College of Engineering, Pune. He further earned a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Process Plant Equipment Design, from the renowned Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute, Bombay (Bombay University). Additionally, he completed an Executive MBA from the prestigious Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management at IIT Bombay.

From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Sule served on the Board of the Process Plant & Machinery Association of India (PPMAI), further demonstrating his leadership and commitment to the industry.

Mrs Pradnya Gune

Director

Pradnya is a Chemical Engineer from ICT, formerly UDCT (University Department of Chemical Technology), Mumbai. She has over three decades of extensive experience in Process engineering, HSE, Technology and Engineering Management. She has held key positions at leading organizations such as Reliance Industries Limited and Aker Solutions.

With global industry experience, Pradnya has contributed to process and engineering management in oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, and chemical projects. She has worked closely with international offices of Aker Solutions, including those in Portsmouth, Zoetermeer, and Houston, gaining valuable global exposure.

She successfully completed the Executive Management Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad and is currently on the Board of the Process Plant & Machinery Association of India (PPMAI) as of 2023.

Pradnya is responsible for business development and overall management functions.

Mrs. Madhavi Sule

Director

Madhavi is an accomplished business leader with 15 years of experience in leading and delivering consulting assignments. She has been a founding member of two engineering consulting firms, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities.

Beginning her career in microbiology, Madhavi soon discovered her passion and expertise as a business leader in the consulting and advisory space. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is an active agriculturist and horticulturist.
