Mr Ramesh Marathe is the mentor, leader and thinktank for TCPL and its progress so far. A Post Graduate from IIT Bombay, Ramesh has a cumulative experience of 45 years in the oil and gas industry
Mr. Ramesh Marathe has been the main impetus behind core mechanical and various other related departments of the organization he has worked in. He was formerly associated with Aker Solutions, India.
Mrs Madhumita Bal
Director
With over 18 years of experience, Madhumita brings in expertise in the areas of Management Reporting, Financial Controlling, Product Costing and Budgeting. Being Chartered Accountant by profession, she also has an in-depth understanding of various business processes ranging from Production, LSC to Sales and Distribution, apart from core accounting processes.
Her experience in the IT department as the ERP Support Responsible has helped her acquire additional skill sets in the areas of Functional Design, Testing and Project Management. She has held responsible positions at various renowned Indian and international groups such as Godrej, Dimension Data, Bayer / Lanxess and Thermofisher.
Mr. Shrikar Sule
Director
Mr. Shrikar Sule spearheads the company strategy, marketing, and overall management of TCPL, ensuring the realization of its vision, mission, and long-term goals. With over 36 years of invaluable experience in the industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Having held various leadership positions in multinational EPC company Aker Solutions, India, including Head of Operations, Head of Q&CI, Head Engineering and Projects, he possesses a deep understanding of operations management. This experience has honed his ability to navigate complex challenges, optimize processes, and drive successful project outcomes
Mr. Sule holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the esteemed College of Engineering, Pune. He further pursued a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Process Plant Equipment Design, from the renowned Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute, Bombay (Bombay University). Additionally, he has successfully completed an Executive MBA from the prestigious Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management at IIT Bombay. In addition to these qualifications and achievements, he also has been on the board of Process Plant & Machinery Association (PPMAI) from 2013-2016.
Mrs Pradnya Gune
Director
Pradnya is a Chemical Engineer from ICT erstwhile UDCT (University Department of Chemical Technology), Mumbai. She has more than 3 decades of extensive experience in Process engineering, HSE, Technology and Engineering Management. She has held responsible positions at leading organizations like Reliance Industries Limited, Aker Solutions.
She has global industry experience in the Process and Engineering management of oil and gas, refining, petrochemical and chemical projects
She has worked closely with international offices of Aker Solutions including Portsmouth, Zoetermeer, Houston and has global exposure.
She has successfully completed Executive Management Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad. She is currently on Board of Process Plant & Machinery Association (PPMAI) (Year 2023)

Mrs. Madhavi Sule
Director
Madhavi is an experienced business leader with 15 years of experience in leading and delivering consulting assignments. She has been a founding member at two engineering consulting firms.
She started her career in the field of microbiology but soon found her niche as a business leader in the consulting and advisory space. She is also an active agriculturist and horticulturist.
