Starting in a modest office in Thane with just two employees, we have grown into a leading player in the industry with a fully-fledged, multi-disciplinary team capable of managing complete projects. Under the able leadership of our mentor, Mr. Ramesh Marathe, TCPL navigated the early stages of its operations with dedication and a strategic foresight. Recognizing the importance of a robust workforce, we engaged a highly motivated team of freshly graduated recruits, working alongside experienced senior colleagues to ensure that every project undertaken is delivered with excellence. To accommodate our rapid growth, we relocated to our current office in November 2019, which is equipped with modern facilities that adhere to all building HSE norms.
The COVID-19 pandemic, however, presented unforeseen challenges, forcing the shutdown of all office-related operations due to lockdown measures. In response, TCPL swiftly deployed remote working stations to ensure that all our project work continued without compromising quality or schedule. This adaptability not only demonstrated our management expertise, but also reinforced the trust our clients had placed on us.
